These are so addicting! I have a Chinese soul food cookbook & the author recommended these for Kung Pao Chicken. They are good in that dish, but I love them right out of the bag. I like to save the pepper flakes at the end & sprinkle them into other dishes.

The key ingredient in the peanuts, is the numbing pepper and hot flakes. I liven in Chengdu and Xian, China (where these come from) for 4 years and I can tell you that these suck! They only have about 10% of the numbing pepper that you would expect. Further, these are a lower quality peanut and much HARDER than what is expected. Take it from me - these suck!
