Bought it for my dad in law as an add on to control his diabetes. We were looking for some ayurvedic/natural way apart from his daily dosage of diabetic tablets(which ofcourse he is fed up of).He is taking it daily 30 mins before his meals. We are planning to test his sugar level after 1 month of using this product to see the difference.I hope it helps him.The product looks genuine a is economical. If it helps my father in laws sugar we will continue to buy this.

Good quality for daibetes control but this is not enough, Arjun kwath jamun beej powder and methi daana seed powder also required ,boil Arjun chal with one table spoon with 2 glass of water till it reduces to one glass take out form flame add 1/2jamun beej powder and1/2 teaspoon methi powder let it cool and drink empty stomach 1hour before meal 2time a day,,it reduces cholesterol control sugar level increases metabolism try this for atleast a month you will see results

Gave it to my brother who has diabetes which is on the higher side, he started taking it before meals and finds it extremely helpful. I tried it once and the taste was nice too. Initially you might feel drained off a bit as it works brilliantly, adjust your dosage accordingly.

It is a bit too strong for me. Really depends on the individual how it treats everyone different I am sure. For me, having it first thing in the morning it suppresses my appetite which led me to miss breakfast. Now that was a mistake because just 2 hours after I started to feel that my sugar was quite down & had to go for an early lunch. So moral if the story is definitely not to miss a meal after having it.

It was not tasting like jamun Powder something else please don't buy

Excellent Product. It should be made available at all times. I request the company to sell the product at all towns/ cities by opening shops. I appreciate the company's efforts in selling such a good quality product...

It helps in controlling blood sugar. But the company should ensure that while packaging care should be done in preventing sands from mixing with the jamun seeds since I found the taste very sandy.

I bought this product for my grandmother who was starting in diabetic stage, and recently asking results im shocked, as she was diagnosed my type 2 diabetic and had to take tablets, and after consuming this powder she have stopped all sort of tabs and just being healthy
