This books is very helpful. As a first year nursing student, documentation is a little hard to get the hang of. This book has been a big help.

Good for nursing students while in school with no prior medical background or experience only, not very helpful for on the job refrencing documentation.

Not useful

Waste of money.

I use this as a reference for writing Nursing CE on documentation. It's up to date and helps me convey information accurately. Easy to use and pertinent info is clearly highlighted.
