Comfortable and easy to breath with considering the fact that it does its job of covering mouth and nose. But size small was too loose around the chin/jaw for my 12 year old daughter. It fits me (mom) but I bought large for myself and prefer it because there's more space for the nose bridge. I suppose all depends on the size and shape of someone's face and if you're male or female.
