Mastering the Art of French Cooking, Vol.2 Paperback – 24 November 2011

I bought the book as a gift for a friend and it was delivered promptly.As for the books, each one of the recipes is the result of thorough research. The recipes were written at a time when people had the luxury of time to cook, and to eat big meals. The book therefore, might be difficult for a novice cook who's looking for an easy way to cook a simple meal.

we have wanted to buy this book both volumes for a while. we will try out the recipes and rewrite the review.

It's a classic French cookbook..

I will come back to this over and over. Its excellent. I made mushroom soup, french onion soup, and cassoulet. By the by, if you look it up on you tube there is an entire series that corresponds to these recipes that she didMore over .Julia takes you through the basics--how to stock your kitchen, how to chop a mushroom, how to make a quiche, how to roast a chicken, etc. The book is a staple for a dinner party...or to answer a random question that comes up about food♥️I love adding wine in mayonnaise ♥️The best recipe book I have ever had! No competition for Julia Child :) Recipes are so precise and tested. You can trust this book♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
