Anyways, it introduces you into a misterious world where you are meant to work with your own associations and conquering your ill thinking, conditionedness, bad habits. Start with coming in terms with the book cover. One of the basics of Franklin's work - impressively digestable, efficient and masterly structured handbook.

Great recommendation for this book!
Have not read this yet but highly recommended by a friend who say it is the best on pelvic floor. So excited to read.

Unfortunate cover image
The cover does not reflect the content of this book looking more like a Pretty Polly advert. This book is rather off the wall but a great read for bodyworks and folk interested in looking after their own bodies.

Great book ti help clients with lots of ideas surrounding pelvic floor which is difficult for clients to figure out sometimes.

Poor editing & some drawings
I bought the book with anticipation from Amazon.ca. The idea outlined in the book is good, but the execution is poor. It should be better edited esp. in the titles and references to the drawings(pictures). The drawings has no figure number reference attached to it, so you need to decode on which page and which part of the figure the text refers too. The accompanying text to the drawings sometimes does not appear to go with the figure in term of orientation - left or right compared to drawing; also not indicated if the figure presents a top view or bottom view. For lay reader it is very important to get the orientation correctly, etc. With regards to the anatomical drawings, I have seen better ones.So it does not make easy to understand reading.

Exercices géniaux!
Des exercices très interessants pour sentir son périnée et des images qui permettent d’effectuer des contractions variées.J’ai moins aimé la partie qui nous amène à déplacer grâce à la visualisation nos organes car trop abstrait pour moi pour le moment.Grâce à ce livre on comprend vraiment bien comment le périnée est construit et comment le contracter de diverses manières.

I've used this as a reference for new clients who basic Pilates moves are just to much to start with, so now I have new way to look at pelvic stability.
