It works pretty good. Should have better insulation, I hear it making hot water all the time. Also my last unit shut down a night, which was a better feature.

Love the simplicity of the unit, easy setup, wonderfully PURE COOL or COLD water at a touch. Coffee tastes better & no more odd tasting from so-called 'filtered' city water - more like the filtered well water we had from our water treatment system in our Florida home

I love this water cooler! It works really well & I haven't had any issues. It's small enough it does not take up a lot of space either. Definitely recommend!
