It makes tape stick
I really didn't think this was going to be as useful as it was. Seriously impressed with my first use of it. My tape had been peeling up most of the summer with the heat and this finally seems to have kept the tape down. Was recommended this instead of the wipes. Aside from the difficulty in taking it traveling, I do think it will be a better option than the wipes. Don't have to touch the stickiness and the dauber means I get a controlled application. I use this with my extended infusion set and cheap tape (no longer buying the expensive medical tape). I'm getting over 7 days of use out of a single tape now.

Didn’t work properly
Recommended as necessary for my libre sensors. Did not help them stay on at all. Did leave a very sticky patch underneath.

Keeps those bandages in place longer.
I have to keep a splint on my mallet finger for 8+ weeks. I use this rosin to keep the bandage on longer. When the original adhesive starts to let go and I have a loose piece of tape flopping about, I can use this to glue the whole thing back together so that it holds until my next bandage changing. Yes, I could use super glue but it can do damage to the splint and the your skin. This little bottle can last a lifetime for this sort of thing. For taping ankles and the like, I would get a spray form of this to do prep. It's rosin dissolved in isopropanol. When the isopropanol evaporates, the rosin is left to hold your dressing together.

Works great!
I bought this to hold my Libre2 sensor for the full 14 days and it worked perfectly even though I have a pool and swim almost daily.
