Have left gym for about three weeks and started taking this coffee bean powder. My weight has been stable since then. It should have been up by 5-7 kgs but it’s stable. Haven’t changed anything in my diet too except I started drinking this bean powder.So I think it’s effective in maintaining your weight also for losing some.

Comes in a plastic bottle which is of good quality. Compared to others it is pretty decent green coffee powder (not beans) and aids in digestion. Helps to control hunger craving a little bit . aids in weight loss not sure

1. Really bad taste. If it's from coffee beans there should be a coffee smell in it but NO. I don't know how people are giving good rating , I couldn't take even 3rd sip...its so bad2. No certification on product.3. If u r ready to drink smthng which is not even 1% of coffee in taste ot smell but of muddy taste than only purchase this

I have used many green coffee powder ..but this is different ..thanks to my friend who recommend this...after using this,feels energetic and helps to refuce weight..I m taking this twice in a day....taste is also good...
