does anyone know how this differs from the LM74R010 which seems to be the same blade just $6-7 more

The kerf on the 75 is smaller (.091) compared to the 74 which is larger (.118). Both work great but the smaller kerf does cut ever so slightly smoother and takes just a bit less power to cut. For cutting sheet goods, no real difference but if you are ripping say a 1x1 or larger, the smaller kerf will cut smoother but heat up a bit faster.

Why is this blade called an "industrial" blade? is it too heavy for my wen 3720 job site saw?

There’s nothing industrial about it. Just ignore the word and just the blade it’s a thin kerf so it’s already much lighter than a standard saw blade.

what is the (actual) diameter of this blade in mm?

The blade diameter is 10 inches so it would be 10 x 2. 54 x 100 would be 254 mm.

is this blade compatible with the saw stop safety system?

I believe that the blade has nothing to do with the safety device of the saw the blade as you know is used to cut the thwood the safety device is to prevent the blade from cutting your hand.just make the blade
