Dell Latitude E5530 15.6? Flagship Business Laptop, Intel Core i3 Processor, 4GB DDR3 RAM, 320GB HDD, DVD+/-RW, Webcam, Windows 10 (Renewed)

This laptop became my primary one as the one I was using just became too slow and unreliable. However it does not have a webcam as stated in the description. Other than that I am very happy with the purchase and can immediately see the difference in performance and the ability to get work done.

Fantastic external condition and delivered on time!

This is no gaming computer and it definitely isn't new technology, but as a general home computer for for web browsing and video watching you can't beat the $279+tax price tag. The exterior condition was actually far better than I had expected and there are very few signs of wear.I ran a UserBenchmark test on the computer when I received it and found it to be a solidly average desktop at 45% but a terrible gaming and workstation machine at only 2% each. I replaced the HDD with a 256GB SSD and the UserBenchmark increased to 54%, 3%, and 3% for each of the respective categories. The absolutely awful Intel HD Graphics 4000 video card (average benchmark is 2%) is the primary shortcoming that prevents this machine from performing higher in the gaming and workstation categories. The Intel Core i3-3120M processor still averages a 53% benchmark (just above average) against all other CPUs in the market and my particular machine hit 55%. The 1333MHz RAM was right at 50% when compared to all other RAM tested on the UserBenchmark system.The negatives of this computer weren't so much the product itself but the discrepancy between the advertised product and the received product. Rather than the advertised 7200 RPM HDD, I received a 5400 RPM HDD - a significant performance detractor. When I first tested the computer, the original HDD remained at 100% throughout the test and dragged down the rest of the system. Thankfully, I had the SSD available to install in the system. The battery that was guaranteed to be at 80% of factory capacity lasted 20 minutes of internet browsing with screen dimmed - pretty sure the new capacity was more than 25 minutes. $25 got me a replacement with a 3 year warranty so hopefully that problem will be solved. There was no webcam included as advertised - not a deal killer for me since I use one rarely, but if I buy a computer with a camera I expect to receive a camera. Finally, the cover for the DVD-ROM came with a broken clip so I had to permanently affix it.The total cost for a new battery, to buy the advertised HDD, and to purchase a USB webcam totaled about $85. That brings the total cost of this computer with repairs to make it essentially "as advertised" $364 - still not a bad deal. The seller quickly accommodated my request for a partial refund to purchase the above mentioned items so I still actually paid $279 for the system plus 20-30 minutes of time to order parts and clone and replace the hard drive. I'm removing a star for discrepancies between what I was supposed to receive and what I received but I am otherwise satisfied with this product.

I believe I purchased this Dell computer in November of 2019 it went straight into storage and I moved in December to San Diego I open up the Dell computer in February and found that it doesn't even work and it almost paid $300 for it stop missing devices and all kinds of stuff and I'm very upset about it and I would really like to talk to customer service about sending it back

Product packed very well. PC in great shape considering it's age. PC included fresh copy of windows 10.

Ordered because it said has a webcam but it does not. Was disappointed but was in need of new laptop so decided to keep.

Arrived in perfect condition loaded with windows 10. No scratches or dents or pixel damage. Great buy.
