The book is must for all who want to get good hold on Dip. But the packaging was not up to the mark hence one less star for that.And those who are confused about buying this or the one with matlab this book covers all the areas without skipping, but the matlab has as the name describes more matlab examples, I'd say go with this one and take up any online material or course for matlab.

The Book contains lot of good examples alongwith images that will clear concept in every step.Also explained the benifits and limitations of every Image processing techniques and also language is very easy to understand.

The best thing about this 4th edition is that it contains all the relevant theories both for concept building and for exam preparation. Errors crept in the previous editions have been rectified and I'm satisfied with this product. Go for the 4th edition only

Book's in perfect quality. Pages are perfect. The book itself is very good.

Excellent and very easy explanations in book but No preface, no acknowledgements, no authors information. Page quality in good but not great.
