TitanTankless N-210 Whole House Water Heater System

So for it works Great for our hot water use. Would recommend to be bought or would buy again.

First one lasted 15+ years. Replaced with same one. Saves space, saves $ after initial set up.

Bought the N-210 for a 5 Bedroom 4 bath house. No issues on getting hot water, works great. These units do drastically decrease your water pressure.

Never worked. Cost $420 for the unit plus almost $300 for wire and other materials. Would work for a couple minutes then stop. Sent it back for repairs 4 times. Kept doing the same thing. I guess for whatever reason, it trips an overheat switch. They wouldn't refund my money. I had to eat it. Now it's a conversation piece.

Replacement! We love these, size is awesome and once you get used to managing water consumption then there's nothing like taking a shower without fear of running out of hot water! It lasts forever! Lifespan of the unit isn't great though. That is my only complaint.

When I opened the product the warranty void sticker had already been compromised.

Although Titan should have a longer warranty than 1 year (customers should READ BEFORE they purchase) has a repair process. I bought an N120 and soon after it failed. I drove it over to the company. I tried to explain to them the problem ( didn't listen like they already knew) they looked at the warranty seal, gave me a ticket and told me to come back tomorrow to pick it up. I went back the next day picked it up and it has been working ever since. They really should get better at making these things. I really would like that over a one year warranty. Another thing on their website they do have a water temperature map that shows the temperature of the water for different parts of the country. The more north that you live the colder the water and the more expensive the water heater that you may need.
