The description originally read 'This laptop Battery works with ... Dell 14 Latitude 3450' and 'Compatible for Dell ... Latitude 14 3450.' This is not true. I contacted seller and was sent another battery to try. Tested this on multiple Latitude 3450 laptops. Did not work. See attached pix. This is Dell's way to ensure you have to buy a Dell replacement battery. Ugh, I wound up having to buy 2 batteries for over $100 each from Dell.To make a long story short, the seller refunded and removed the 3450 from the list of supported models. Dell has circuitry to test for an OEM battery. If the aftermarkets are lacking this, your laptop may balk. This did not work for me. Your mileage may vary...

I understand poor quality in 3rd party products, but I've been through two of these batteries in the past 2 years, both of which have failed. "Experts" will try and convince you there is nothing wrong with them, but when they stop charging to 100% get a refund, if they haven't drawn out the problem far beyond the deadline. I flat out wouldn't have been issued a refund if I didn't have the copy of a transcript with an Amazon employee assuring me of the quality of the product and that if the problem persisted I could receive one after the deadline. Even with written proof of my claim I was only reluctantly issued a refund label and during the process I was plagued by amazon emails warning me that "my refund would not go through unless the package was recieved" after mailing the package in the same day! I feel bad for the lone donkey carrying a dead battery through deserts, rivers and most likely oceans, arriving weeks after I dropped it off for pickup. My advice if you buy this: document every single email and movement the battery makes because you never know when the manufacturer or Amazon will call BS on your claims.

I have a Dell Inspiron 5547 and this worked great. Easy to install and it started right up. Dell makes their computers overly complicated, so it was great to have an easy to fix option. Great packaging - and two small screwdrivers were included! Can't ask for more than that!

My computer needed a new battery so I purchased this one. It came on time but I didn't see an improvement with the computer. It continued to need charging frequently.

This battery was easy to install, and It is working very well. I do crafts and watch assembly videos often while I am working on my crafts. This battery will help me to be unplugged for long periods of time.

It worked great until the return timeframe was up and now it no longer works. :(

It is a quality battery and well packed. I am already enjoying it on my laptop and thanks for the screwdrivers that made the installation easier.
