UPDATE: Seller very quickly supplied me with the correct size insert, and sent me instructions on how to do the remove and replace. Helmet fits perfectly now. This is my first blue tooth helmet, so I have nothing to compare it to. However, the helmet paired to my phone pretty easily and the speaker allowed for good sound, both for music and phone calls. I have not attempted to pair to another rider yet.The helmet seems very well made and should last a good long time. All the components seem solid. Add that to quick and courteous customer service and I recommend this helmet and seller, and would buy again!!!I think I’d be very happy with the helmet if the size had been correct. Every helmet I own is a large, as is this one. But after a single use today my head is pounding. Far too tight. I have emailed support and hope to switch out the liner. I’ll update review if they take care of me.

This a great product with a great price! Affordable and it works great! I can make calls, receive calls , play music or get directions! My hands are now free to ride and not have to mess with my phone anymore! Bluetooth and it has great speakers in the helmet! It is made very well and fits comfortably ! Try it, you will like it!

[Bike: Honda GW F6B. Windshield: Klock Werks 14in]. Received Thursday, rode 700 miles on Sunday (some light to med rain for approximately 120 miles). Wind noise is really significant with shield up or down. In fact, it seems it was better with the shield open than closed. The chin flap used to keep the wind from going up your helmet works fairly well although mine has a defect on the right tab. It is designed to be removable. If I glue it, it will not be removable. The inner shield (sun) is easy to operate from a switch on the left. The air flow switches on top work well. You can definitely feel the air when you open them. The back of the helmet sits higher than I am accustom. This will be interesting in the winter. The switch/button used to operate the modular portion of the helmet and lift it up was very easy to use. Closing the helmet is another story. I had to open the face shield and pull down hard to feel it click and lock. Maybe this will work better as the helmet wears in. Opening the helmet is a concern because I could not get it to latch in the up position. All my other modular helmets latched up and down. The Bluetooth works great. Clarity was outstanding. Battery life was great, no issues there. My wife has a Sena 20s so I am waiting to try this out with her (as advertised). The helmet offers a good view and does not feel heavy. It does steam up fast, but that is to be expected. If it doesn't then that means air is flowing too good and you might not get the warmth you want in the winter. The helmet fits snug. I bought a Large which is the same size as all the other helmets I've purchased. It fits exactly how it should. Stays with my head when I shake my head back and forth. If your helmet doesn't, its probably too big. The snug fit did not make my head hurt like some can. The ratchet clasp is great. Lots of room for adjustments for those with large chins or turkey necks. Not trying to be insensitive, but there are different types of necks and people want to know because helmets can't be returned once you've used it just once. Anyway, its easy to get the helmet off and on, and easy to latch the ratchet chin strap. Overall, the helmet has a sharp design and feels very comfortable. The wind noise is my only reason for not giving 5 stars.

Edit: It’s been almost a year since we purchased these helmets. We still really love them and are glad we went with these!!We got these helmets for my husband and myself. We were really happy with the purchase! They fit well, pretty much according to size, maybe a tad bit more roomy than our last helmets. They are very user friendly and sync well. They are easy to charge once they are set up correctly. We like the easy chin strap buckle/release. The internal sun visor is convenient and easy to position down or up with the outside button. The sound quality is good, not just like Bose stereo, but clear for hearing each other and phone calls at lower speeds. My husband listens to audio books on work commute with the Bluetooth phone sync and it’s works well. They are also just good looking helmets in my opinion. Overall we definitely feel like it was good value for our money and are really happy with this purchase!!

G to The Helmet felt great, I followed the sizes chart and glad it did. I just had one problem since I wear prescription glasses I could not get them on once I put the helmet on. I contacted the seller and they were very helpful and send me the correct pads, now I can ride with my prescription glasses on. Strongly recommend the helmet especially when you can count on the sellers support. The only issue that I am still having is trying to adjust the volume on the helmet especially when using the Radio, but when I use my cell phone I control the volume with my cell, All in All I would purchase again especially for the price.

If you ride over 40 I wouldn't recommend this for you it's nice light weight Bluetooth is fairly easy to use(speakers could use a base upgrade just add any to it lol.. however I'm writing this review because during super bowl I had to lay my motorcycle down I smacked my previously purchased bm2 helmet against the asphalt at 40 mph the visor split wayyy to easy Bluetooth and modular portion broke in other words I smacked on my left hitting it like such caused the modular portion to open. I'm confident in this statement because I was wearing an hjc full modular helmet during a recent wreck that hospitalalized me I was doing 70 and hit the back of a car I went sliding and that helmet doesn't look nearly as bad as the bm2 did at 40 spend the extra money get the better helmets. Ride safe✊🤙I threw my bm2 in the trash I was so disappointed in it otherwise I would upload pics
