I bought the 50ml bottle the 10th of April 2023 and it is now the 22nd of October 2023, 6 months later, and tonight I could still squeeze some out of it to use for my deadlifting; but since the bottle is wheezing its last breaths, I was going to order another bottle of liquid chalk to replace it from a cheaper brand when I saw that this current brand lasted me for over 6 months, deadlifting once a week (Not accounting for the rest weeks. I would hazard a guess that in total 2 months of those were spent in rest. But that is still amazing).

Noticeable improves grip in all compound gym movements, an alternative to wraps or normal chalk, it has less mess than normal chalk and is more comfortable than straps, only gripe is that it tents to spill into its own lid making it a little mess when opening

Great liquid chalk, I bought to use for Pole Fitness during summer heat and it helps with my grip a lot while being easy to clean off. Needs reapplying a lot but I do get really sweaty hands,just something to think of if you're the same!

Its chalk it works.There are cheaper bottles around from well known mountain outdoor shops but it means a trip to the high street.

Came in handy for pole fitness, I was able to grip the pole without having soars on my hands.
