It also have many architectural building with builders names and ancient architecture ,reasoning and what not....

The best/most accurate material I ever bought
The best architecture related book I ever bought. Especially the drawing section. The aptitude is tougher and more accurate tothe actual tests than any other books.

Not great
It is not according to the latest paper pattern. Paper quality is worse than NCERT and considering that the price is high. It is very good for the drawing section and a lot of questions given as well. Aptitude section is not that elaborate and mathematics does not exist in this book. There are better books available given the price range. If you are focusing on drawing majorly, it is very good.

READ THIS.
There are so many colour pictures mainly of logos of various brands, colour theory etc...none of the other books have bothered to print any colour pages in the book. So it is a plus. I have an old book of shadan usmani, new arihant and this one from LearnX. If you are considering drawing part such as perspective sketches, logo design, 2d and 3d composition, free hand sketching ... this book is a must have. Aptitude and general stuffs such as basic design, building materials, history of architecture and all such topics are also covered in much better way than in arihants book.
