Serves It's Purpose Very Well
I purchased this item to loosen the side muscle between my hip and knee. At first it was painful which can be expected as the muscle was very tight. I am very satisfied with the results and the pain has decreased with each use. The roller keeps it shape. For easy rolling I use under a yoga mat.

Perfect roller, great price
I'm very happy with this roller. I use it more for bridges, rolling under with my feet. It's durable and serves many purposes. Nice addition to my home gym. It was wrapped and delivered well.

It's really hard foam, and uncomfortable for knees, ankles, etc.
I use this for knee replacement rehab exercises at home. It is too short, hard, and cries out for some type of softer padding material on the outer surface. I would not purchase this item again.

Very Durable
I've had this for quite a while and love how durable it is. I purchased the black one for being the hardest and it does a great job on my IT bands, arms, back, neck, gluten, hamstrings and the sides of my abs.

Ain’t edyoukated enuff to youz this
Haven’t figured out how to use it. Roll off of it, reckon it will work if you know what your doing and can balance good. Chiropractor gave me a list of exercises to do with it, still fell off of it. Yes it’s hard but it’s suppose to be. You will get what you pay for and this is a nice “Thingy” if you know what you are doing. The seller did fine and it got here on time, it’s a good thing.....I think. ;)

Versatile and best for use in smaller areas
I like the length and firmness of the foam roller. It helps relieve tight muscle areas. Perfect size for upper back rolling. I always roll on a yoga mat for better control. It length and size provides better versatility and maneuver for calf, thigh etc. Very useful to use in smaller areas.Since this product is new and have not use it yet for few months I do not know its durability. I would like to note that the foam roller does NOT have a chemical or unpleasant odor....ie odorless.

It’s really not the one I was looking for, but I could use it still. It is a bit too light. Also its not super dense as described
