Value for money
The remote works excellent. Its a little expensive compared to other options on Amazon but its definitely worth the price. Its genuine airtel.

Product is good quality.
I am facing problem during pairing from my tv remote.

It seems to be a genuine Airtel remote control.
I bought it a few days ago from Amazon for Rs. 280.I see a lot of negative reviews about it mostly because many of us received cheap counterfeit remote controls. Be careful when you choose the seller. Always go for a Amazon Fulfilled (or Prime) product. It will be easy to return the product if it is not original.The product comes in a paper box along with two batteries and an instruction manual to setup the universal remote.The instruction manual is unclear and confusing. You may find it difficult to program the universal remote. But once programmed correctly it will work seamlessly.I could not find any information about the MRP of the product any where on the package.

Fake product. Low quality.
I thought it’s original but this one is a fake copy. Some buttons stop function and for some one needs to press very hard to make themWork. Over all very poor quality sold under Airtel brand name.

Original Product, I've paired it with my Samsung TV, It's all working fine!
I ordered it from Amazon prime fulfilled to ensure its originality, it cost me around Rs.300 It's better to pay a little bit more in cost of assurance of genuine product and hassle free return, I recieved it today and I've just paired it with my Samsung TV, it's all working fine till now. If anything else needed to let you know further then I'll catch up with you later in my further review

Good product for everyone
It's a good product, only one thing I have to say that my LG TV is not working with on/off button.
