At this point, this bag is a rite of passage for NY ladies. Well done Coach! Debating on whether to leave her classic or dress her up with charms. I love this bag! The box it was delivered in was huge! Huge! The bag was well protected and came without a blemish and had all the components as it should! The color is deep, cool, and chic. I’ve been waiting around and watching it for a bit so I’m excited to use this as my new school bag. It’s lightweight but still feels sturdy. Bag appears well made and the quality is excellent. I’m glad I went with the Brooklyn 39 Merlot as a 5’9 woman, this bag suits me very well. I also love how the strap sits on my shoulder comfortably. Some bags seem to slide right off. I hope it continues to hold up over time, but this is a lovely purchase & will help throughout school.

I've been a Coach fan since the '80s—yes, the '80s! But as I matured, their offerings didn’t always match my evolving style. However, lately, Coach has been putting out must-have pieces, and the Brooklyn Shoulder Bag 39 is undoubtedly an "IT" bag. The buttery soft leather feels incredibly luxurious, and the spacious design is perfect for fitting everything I need—from my laptop to daily essentials—without feeling bulky. The sleek, modern design makes it versatile enough for both work and casual outings, while the sturdy shape keeps it looking polished. The magnetic snap closure is strong and secure, and I love the thoughtful details like the subtle logo. That said, this bag is quite large, so if you're not into oversized bags, you might want to consider the 23 or 28 models for a more compact option with the same chic look. I do wish it had feet to protect the bottom from wear, and it can feel a bit heavy when fully loaded. Also, an exterior pocket for quick access would be a nice touch. Despite these minor issues, the craftsmanship and style make it a worthwhile investment. I’ve received so many compliments already! I just ordered the Empire Carryall 35 in Brass/Maple—if it's as beautiful as the Brooklyn, Coach will definitely be back in my regular rotation! Highly recommend this bag for anyone looking for both style and functionality.

Love the luxury, style and size of this bag! It fits everything you need- computer, workout clothes and lunch! I get a ton of compliments where ever go and it's great travel bag! Great price at Amazon too!

The purse is beautiful and well crafted. Fortunately I was able to find the exact purse for a lot less on a military base Otherwise I would keep it.

Absolutely loved the Brooklyn. It's a great bag with charms. The deal was too good to pass up. Coach's quality is top, so no worries there. Came with all the packaging, so no issues there. Color was as expected, no odor. Large bag. I'm 5'6, so I need the 34 but ended up gifting this one. No heavy at all.

I'm a bag girl and this is everything! I love the big size as I tote around quite a bit of things, but the way it fits over your shoulder, the way it drapes, and is so lightweight, just exquisite. I have already bought one and have another one coming. First purchase was the suede and it is so unbelievably rich looking. My next is the the leather. I see me carrying these bags for a long time. My new bag obsession. Thank you Coach!!!!

I ordered a suede one a few months ago and I absolutely loved it so much I needed the bigger size. This bag is also beautiful. I got it in the color honey, but there’s a slight imperfection on the bottom of the bag kind of disappointed, but thankful that I got it at the price I did at $298

I think this has to be one of my all time favorite purses! I get tons of compliments when I carry this. It’s super versatile, roomy, durable and perfect!! The strap width is thick, this is the only purse I have that I don’t fight the strap to stay in my shoulder. As with everything, even the perfect stuff there can definitely be cons…this one is that the purse is heavy without anything in it. So if you carry a lot of stuff, the size is perfect but the weight will bring you down.

Es 100% piel que puede hasta llegar a ser pesada por el tamaño, se siente lujosa, los sellos, las puntadas y, los charms que incluye y los herrajes son perfectos. He recibido múltiples cumplidos cuando la uso! Creo que es el diseño más bonito de las brooklyn, me encantan los flecos y el movimiento y el estilo que le dan a la bolsa. Sin duda la recomiendo y la volvería a comprar en otro color o tamaño, es bellísima y todo indica que está hecha para durar muchos años, lo cual hace que valga la pena la inversión.

Es más de lo que esperaba, para las que ya conocen es una bolsa bastante grande, sencilla pero elegante y lo mejor, de piel, para donde la balancees huele riquísimo a piel. Bueno ya por el lado del paquete, me encantó, viene súper protegida hasta del llavero, el imán, todo. El color está hermoso, un difuminado como tipo vaquera, no no no, estoy que muero con mi bolsa, está divina y el precio fue lo mejor, la recomiendo, no te vas a arrepentir.
