Great book good read arrived in perfect condition

This book was so interesting. It's like getting a therapist for $9.99 (or whatever you pay for this book). The author has a great sense of humor, and is very practical and straightforward in her advice. I read parts of this book again, which is something I almost never do. I hope you find it as helpful as I did.

To be honest I've been taking my time reading this book because its so interactive. It really makes you stop and think. But I highly recommend it for anyone who's needing some inspiration or feeling at a loss for direction in life.

Although with good promise there is a lot of gaps in actually applying this, takes study of other people's stuff.

I couldn't get through it. Everyone has a get through it quick skeem anymore about making yourself over. What a crock!!!!

I like best the how to, good questions to ask self, smart, funny well researched and I am changing in positive ways.Makes sense to me and love the changes I am making and plans I have going forward.I'm a big Martha Beck fan
