Bought for husband disability and has trouble with his grip. He's dropped this cup several times, and it hasn't leaked or cracked. Also the screw on lid makes a big difference. Snap on lids tend to pop off when turned over or dropped. I'm buying at least 2 more. UPDATE: Insert separated from outer plastic shell as I was unscrewing the lid, after using less than a month. Only handwashed this cup. Returning for refund asap.

I have purchased so many of these cups and love the design of the straw and the ease of holding the rubber grip around the tumbler. But they don't last. They are extremely hard to open because the rubber gasket grips too hard. And I think that the pressure it takes to get the top off the tumbler causes the the seal to break and the inner and outer sections come apart. I've tried many ways to keep them functioning because I like them but I have to give up. Every single one has broken even with hand washing. I shouldn't have to glue the two sections back together. I deserve a refund but didn't apply in time.

THIS IS A WONDERFUL PRODUCT. WE ARE CAREGIVERS FOR OUR 89 YEAR OLD MOTHER AND WE DON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT SPILLAGE OR BROKEN GLASS. WE USE BASILLY WATER ONLY BUT IT IS EASILY CLEANED. GLAD WE GOT THIS!

I ordered this tumbler last year when my one year old would continually topple over my drinks in “sealed” yeti cup onto the floor. The ability to have a sealed lid was more imperative than staying cold for 3700 hours.This cup does its job. If the straw is up to sip from do expect a tiny amount of liquid.My two chief complaints are:- the lid can be finicky and at times hard to disengage to open for refills or cleaning. I have psoriatic arthritis and thought maybe it was a “me” issue. My husband who is an avid rock climber had difficulty opening it at times as well. The seal is too good at times.- the tumbler itself has remained great with regular use for about 11 months. A few weeks back we began to notice moisture accruing that we could not clean up. It’s in between the layers of the cup material.- heat; I would consider this a cup for in the house and car but not traveling outside as I don’t see ice lasting the same way it would in a steel tumbler.Overall: What I paid broken down over 11 months before the moisture issue began is like an ROI of $1 for each month of use. So, if you buy this cup because you have a toddler tornado or slippery fingers, or both like me, this will help a lot and you will get your money’s worth in just a few uses.Giving 4 stars because of the lid issue more so than the moisture issue because I may have caused that. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I bought this for my wife with alzheimers. It came broken, the inner cup was detached from the outter cup. I returned it for a new one. The lid is VERY difficult to remove a lit ovf friction with the gasket. My wife constantly pulls the top half of the straw off. It seem to be very spill proof. It's been on the floor several times with no spills. But that was on carpet. I have no idea how it will react to a drop on a hard surface like tile.

These cups are great for keeping your drink cold and the leakproof feature is a plus, it's the reason I purchased 4 of them

I ordered three of these cups in October (6 months ago) for my 91-year-old mother.The first problem was with the “straws” (the plastic tubes one sucks on to draw out the liquid). Pulling them out of the cap to clean, the sheath on one of the cups tore. The cup was mostly usable (just had to be careful), and I started removing the “straws” more carefully after that. I'd have still been happy if it stopped there.But about two weeks ago, she knocked one over on her table. It didn’t leak—yay! that was the purpose!—but the inner cup separated from the outer cup and is now pretty useless. Then two days ago, it happened again with the same result. So she’s down to just the one (of the original three) that she can use.Not a particularly durable product if it breaks when you topple it!

Very good for disabled or "bed" patients. Easy to handle and use. Spill proof and indestructible and nice colors. Holds 20 oz which is great. Maybe a plastic cap over the tip of the straw for when it is filled and stored. Thank youI

I love this tumbler. I had one before which I purchased from a grocery store. This new one that I purchasedon Amazon is better quality. I feel safe that no germs can get into the tumbler especially during the pandemic because it snaps shut.

I ordered two of these, one came broken where the inner and outer cups attach. Amazon was awesome at replacing it with a new one. Unfortunately I accidently dropped the new one and it also broke in the same way. The size is great for the amount it holds but it doesn't fit on the top rack of my dishwasher so have to wash by hand. I ordered the smaller one and can't wait for its arrival. I bought the smaller one previously but it's very old now, still in perfect condition. Hope the new ones are the same quality as my old one.

I have ordered many of these cups - I use them for travel, vacation and everyday. **One thing to note - when the straw is folded over the cup is not spillproof so you can't put in it a tote bag with liquids in it. ** also, the silicone will get mildew on it - I disassemble and bleach the lid regularly. Still a great little cup.
