The Creative Inspirations soft body acrylic paints are an excellent value. These paints are very easy to work with, mix very well with other acrylic paints, and accept mediums really well also. The colors are rich, bright, and mix to other colors really easily. I highly recommend you try them out, an excellent product for any number of acrylic techniques.

I am impressed with the quality and quantity. The paint colors are the colors artist use, who comes to mind is Bob Ross who used oils but colors like pithalo blue and cadmium orange hue. They are high quality well labeled paints that are not dull like some are. Also, great for pouring. I'm excited to have found these genorous and great paints. The picture on the right is my version of a Vital the left the woman dreaming took some mixing and texture.

I love the colors, they are very really vibrant and I don't have to worry so much about which type of pouring medium I use. The box it comes in is not very sturdy at all when I picked it up all the bottles fell. I think this set is great for the price and the amount you get. Great start-up set for beginners.

I just got these paints on Friday afternoon and I was quite happy with what I got in my box. Paints were in tact, no broken lids, no spilled paint. I went to lift the container by the handle and the paints all fell out of the bottom..it was funny actually...nothing was wrong though. I used these paints in an acrylic pour. The paint is really thick so you need to really mix these well with floetrol and with some water. I noticed though after pouring the paints that there was this odor I dont normally get. I discovered its the paint themselves...they have a strong odor. I should say they have a stronger odor than liquitex basics or most other paints I have used. Eventually the odor went away as the paint dried. They are nice paints otherwise. Just make sure when you use these you use a well ventilated room.

I was surprised apparently I didn’t realize they were 12 ounces off, a nice assortment and plenty of material to pour however pouring directly from the bottle did not work for the paint it’s too thick so I added I thinner and it seem to work much better. What that means is that you get more for your money however you do have to diluted enough so that you can pour. I usedFloetrol, but Floetrol appears to dull the paint. I’m going to have to find another way to thin the paint.

Creative Inspirations paints are thick and rich in color. I can paint the sides of my canvas with the paint out of the bottle then mix it with water or other pouring medium to make it thin enough to work with. the colors are rich and beautiful. I love this paint & even if I've only mixed it with water I can get beautiful cell reaction every time.

Acrylic paint is hard to wash out once it’s on clothes so I wouldn’t say it’s for beginners which is why I gave that 3 stars. Other than that this is a great set of paint. Covers surfaces well and colors have good pigment. I’m currently painting a fiberglass turtle and love the results. These are not matte finish but more a glossy so keep that in mind when purchasing.
