On my 2nd tub. Honestly love the flavor. It took awhile to notice a difference. Although I don’t physically see a difference, I feel the difference in my performance with working out. I don’t get as tired as quickly prior to taking this. I’m able to last my HIIT workouts a lot longer without feeling fatigued. The powder is easy to mix and I would say it tastes better with iced water. It’s a bit pricey, but I value what supplements to put in my body, don’t go cheap.

I choose this brand because its clean. I really enjoy the taste of the pink lemonade. It dissolves quick. I have been taking for 3 months and I'm definitely nothing the result. I recover faster and have more muscles growth. I would definitely recommend this product if your searching for a good creatine.

I ordered this because I knew that I was going to start increasing my efforts in the gym several months after a rotator cuff surgery. It arrived just as I started moving from bands and machines etc to empty bars and small dumbbells and the like. I have to say that I really feel the prime effect of taking this is to reduce the soreness that comes with using muscles in ways they haven't been used in some time. Some folks call it DOMS. I can't say for certain that it definitely helped me build any more muscle then I would have from the exercise alone, however several people have commented that I'm looking leaner and one person even called me buff, quite a surprise. ONE CAVEAT: you want to make sure you are well hydrated and stay hydrated using this product. If you do, everything I've seen says it's safe to use. If you don't, you risk developing a kidney stone, so make sure you stay hydrated at all times (and if I am correct, this applies to all forms of creatine, not just the Legion brand) The flavor is good - really as good as I could expect from a product the touts the use of natural flavorings as opposed to artificial ones. I generally mix it with at least 14 oz of water in order to make sure that it mixes in quickly without having to shake it excessively. It seems like a pretty good deal, though I would rather have been able to buy the larger bottle. I have really liked the products I have bought from Legion Athletics so far. I have not checked it out yet, but today in the podcast, Mike Matthews said every product has the quality/lab report for the most recent batch on its page. Definitely with a look, heading there later tonight.

Great product with impressive results if you're consistently pushing your body to new limits with your workout. Obvious muscle building benefits overnight, and treatment for DOMS kicks in quickly. Definitely repurchasing. Tastes great, too!
