The blurb suggests taking upto 4 tablets a day, but the bottle recommends only 1. The blurb says 10,000 iu D3 and 100mcg K2 but thats not per tablet?

In Dr. Berg's Youtube, he suggests 10,000 iu D3 and 100mcg K2, but the product he sells doesn't reflect this? Odd

I received this item with a seal already opened but also noted it is a white powder . Is that how it is meant to be?

hmmmm.. thank you for alerting me about it. I will be more cautious next time time I buy. To answer you, I just went and looked at the bottles I still have from my last order and they are sealed. We have lately consumed 2 of them I think but not sure if they were sealed as I did not open them by myself. My partner opened them and she is not sure when I asked her about it, as she forgot! .. As for it being "white powder", well, as the capsule is transparent you see the powder inside as being white in colour.

Why on Amazon UK is not the 10000 IU version as USA???

Well interesting point & being a average size Citizen Smith as apposed to Homer Simpson not sure I'm qualified to answer.. Says one capsule but doesn't really mention recommendation of more so maybe a email to Dr Berg could clarify. Personally found his description of his products genuine & these have given me some interesting nights sleep but please note I'm not trained or qualified in supplements & maybe a independent nutritionist that isn't on payroll could advice mg to body mass.

can you please confirm what will be the expiry date of the vitamin d3 & k2 supplement that you will send me

Interesting as I hadn't given it much thought but mine which I bought recently has more than 2 years & guess it's reasonably been recently produced & besides the very relevant question I personally have found it beneficial but worth researching yourself as I'm no doctor & we all slightly different & have our reasons for following ideas of supplements & how they are beneficial.
