I bought the 32GB RAM and 1TB m.2 SSD version.This baby rocks! A big step up for me in speed, RAM and SSD drive. I am impressed and pleased.I added 3 more USB ports with a "Micro SATA Cables Intel NUC Dawson Canyon Expansion USB Bracket" (via Amazon)https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07C53P94Q/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1Check Youtube video for installation of bracket.It is a little noisier than I like and the noise varies depending on what you are doing. Casting live stream drag races, the fan noise is noticeable sitting about 5 feet away.Update: 181124 - This NUC came with an M.2 SSD and there is a mount for a SATA III SSD drive as well. On T-Day, I saw Amazon was selling the "SanDisk 2TB Ultra 3D NAND SATA III SSD - 2.5-inch Solid State Drive - SDSSDH3-2T00-G25" for $256, about 20% off. Bought it in Thursday and it was delivered on Saturday. Thanks Amazon!Installation of the SSD drive was easy and quick. About 20 minutes from power off to copying files on to the new SSD drive. See pic of my drives, now 2 internal, 5 external and a DVD drive. All working well.Update June 6, 2019: It died on June 3rd. Contacted e retailers and their response was "suggest you contact Intel"I am not getting a warm feeling.

This machine boots and runs quickly with plenty of RAM and a big SSD. It was a bummer that there is no audio port so we had to use a USB to mini 3.5 audio jack converter (which works well). The fan winds up and is quite loud by default - we went into the computer boot settings and turned it down. It still ramps up and down but isn't so annoying. Overall we're happy so far with this purchase and enjoy the speed!

I really love this little pc I have had it for about 2 weeks now. I have it attached to the side of my desk and it has become my main pc as well as my htpc. My only complaint about it is it a little noisy but it is tucked away so it is not that big of a deal to myself.

Showed up super quick, easy to take right out of the box plug it in and your off to the races! This little machine packs quite the punch with a super quick processor just enough ram. Easily hides on my desk and out of the way. Highly recommend.

The computer is just as fast, if not faster than the desktop I am replacing it with. It boots up quickly as well. Multiple programs at once are no problem. When its working hard you can hear the fans a little bit but they aren't too loud. No regrets about buying it!

Great computer! Compact and super fast. Only problem is that the fans are a touch loud compared to the smaller, fan-less DNK NUC variation

Simply an amazing product! Please note - The business modem doesn't have an Audio Port.
