How does this compare to the time revolution first treatment intensive moist and to the tme revolution Rx pro ferment

TIME REVOLUTION RX is the 4th generation (the most recent version of time revolution series) and helps the moist to be filled up twice as quickly as INTENSIVE MOIST(3rd generation) on your face. i have this as well as a hyaluronic acid toner. which comes first after cleansing/exfoliating?

After cleansing, I put this first then hyaluronic acid . My routine: cleanser-> CosRX Poreless power liquid-> Missha Essence-> hyaluronic acid-> moisturizer. And sunscreen(optional)

Why is this nearly twice as much on the Missha website? seems fishy
