Heston SUB 200 Wireless subwoofer with Bluetooth LE-Audio

Bought the Heston 60 with the sub 200 and man am I happy! Once you calibrate the bar and sub together via the app, it will blow your hair back there is so much bass. Living in a small home, there was no need for a big surround system so I took a chance on this unit. I’ve always loved Marshall products but was skeptical about them dipping into the soundbar scene. It definitely exceeded my expectations! Honestly, I originally bought the sub because I thought it might hit harder on movie action scenes…. but the music is what shines on this thing. I couldn’t be happier with this purchase! Once you get it all to connect, it is a perfect compact sound system with more than enough bass to fill a small house or large room. Just get it already.

Excellent sound and range, and it looks pretty good as well. Came with the wrong cord (EU plug), but luckily I had a spare cord that I could use. So other than that it’s great.

I purchase this subwoofer together with Marshall Heston 60 soundbar. Big mistake. These two devices are not compatible. Marshall acknowledges that they do not work together. They cannot pair nor can they be connected with cable. This company is the absolute worst excuse for sound devices. Note also their phone app does not work with either of these devices. They provide no usable customer service. No telephone and unhelpful web site. Never buy!

I already have the Marshall Heston soundbar, so adding the Heston Sub 200 was the obvious next step, and I’m glad I did. Setup was completely painless using the bluetooth connection feature. It paired with my soundbar flawlessly and I had it up and running in no time without any issues, dropouts, or frustrating setup steps. It immediately felt like it was made to complete the system rather than just add more bass. The improvement in sound was easy to notice right away. Movies have much more impact, music sounds fuller, and low end effects now have the kind of weight and depth that the soundbar alone just cannot deliver on its own. It adds that extra rumble and body without sounding muddy or overblown, and it blends in very nicely with the Heston soundbar instead of overpowering it. I also like that it keeps the clean Marshall look and doesn’t make the setup feel cluttered. If you already own the Marshall Heston soundbar and want to take the system up a level, this is a very worthwhile addition. In my case it connected flawlessly, worked exactly as it should, and made the whole setup sound much bigger and more complete.
