love it
i had the same book as a little one and now as a mom i bought the same book for my daughter. its illustration is simple but pleasing for both young eyes and old. the wording is simple and the sentences are short. this is amazing because it keeps the attention span of the child and the words are easy for them to understand when teaching your toddler simplicity works best. its good for both boys and girls. for the boys there are pages about how one boy is standing and another page says how one boy has perfect aim. girls go sitting but its nice that a book incorporates boys standing to pee. i have a daughter but this book is also great for boys in that aspect. highly recommended for parents to read with their little one before and during potty training.

What I liked from this book that it has many pages more ...
What I liked from this book that it has many pages more than the normal books for potty and it has featured all kind of ways that toddlers used to go potty and learn to go! The small potty in the floor, the one that you can used in the toilette with a stool, for boys and girls. Something from all will help my little girl to get the concept of potty training!!

Good but eh.
Good book but a little long. Doesn't really have a story line. It is more of a bunch of little ideas. Not bad

I'm a fan
This is not your typical potty book. It shows little people interacting with their potties in all sorts of ways -- rapping out a beat, choosing the perfect potty, bedtime rituals, toilet paper rituals, underpants. This puts a smile on the face of my five-year-old, and my three-year-old is *totally* absorbed. There is no story line, but you can make up a lot of story to go with the illustrations. Very nice!

Weird book, but toddler likes it
What a weird book! I like that they really go for it with the cultural diverse names. It doesn't flow, doesn't have much of a plot, and is kind of specific about bathroom habits. My toddle likes it though, and it makes her excited about the potty. So if it's okay for her, it's okay for me.

Where's the story?
My 3 year old had shown very little interest in potty/toilet training so my wife bought two books to try and spark an interest. This book has lots of colourful pictures and bullet point type captions, which may be great for some kids.As mine isn't reading he prefers a story, something that flows and links, as this is a collection of pictures it doesn't do that for him so he soon loses interest. The mouse poo "what's in your nappy" book was a far better buy for us.

Useful and informative
Another useful book for opening up the no more nappies, let's use the potty or the loo dialogue with our 3 yo son. He found the pictures fascinating and I often found him on the potty 'reading' it to himself. A success.

Well worth buying
Having potty trained my eldest daughter 14 years ago with such ease, I am amazed at how difficult my 2 year old is!Not anymore! This book is great and best of all, it has been written by one of my childhood heros!"come and play.....everything's A ok" lol

Good example of other children going to potty
No so much of a story, but a group of pictures with different children using the potty in different circumstances. This may be good to look at when the toddler is on the potty as it's quite long, not too detailed, so you can spend some time looking and discussing the situations.
