I have tried 3 different arm band phone holders for my Samsung Galaxy s7, and this one is my favorite because it is somewhat rigid, but also comfortable. I like that I can unzip it with my free hand and take my phone out without removing the holder from my arm. The other two arm bands I tried were the thin flexible/stretchy cloth types, and these are prone to slipping down and bunching up at the elbow area which leaves your phone hanging down below your elbow a little bit (not riding properly on the bicep side). Using the Mangrove might require a handkerchief or small piece of cloth inside as padding if you are using a small phone like an iPhone 4s. Even my big Galaxy s7 bounced up and down a little in the case, since I don't have a case on the phone, but the interior of the Mangrove is made of a soft protective material, and there is a divider, so you can have your phone separated from something like credit cards, or cash etc...

It was to be a gift for my husband who is a runner. Unfortunately his phone would not fit it is a Samsung Galaxy Note 8 but he has an otter box on his phone. (it gets dropped alot). The case is not long enough to fit the phone with the box and it is a pain to keep taking the box off. Otherwise the case is good although it is a little bulky. My phone is a little smaller so it will fit the case. I recommend this if you do not have a 6" phone with an otter box.

I got my phone holder today. I think I bought the smaller of the two all the reviews I read said that it would fit a galaxy s7. A galaxy s7barely fits in and will not fit at all inside an OtterBox. It is convenient because it has a side pocket to hold keys or an ID. But I would recommend buying the larger of the two

Like the divider inside the case as it doubles up as a wallet. There are 2 slots for a key or credit card. There is an extension piece for the armband and I wish it wasn't designed this way. Would prefer a longer strap and not worry about losing the extension.

This pouch is indeed sturdy, waterproof and beautifully fit my iPhone 8 even though it was in a wallet-style case. There was one problem though: it absorbs sweat and becomes smelly very soon. Washing it even in a sport detergent helps only so much. I have never had such a problem with any of my armbands - and being a long-distance runner for the last 40 years I've seen a few.

Arrived on time. Sturdy. Fit well on a large-sized man. Note: my son says that it's hard to access his phone to change music (etc.) while walking/running with this on his upper arm. He's going to try to wear this on his forearm instead.

You're going to love this armband. I used to use the old 'clear' ones, with little space to store anything other than your phone. After using this on a dozen+ runs - I love it. Fits a few credit cards / id, cell phone (I have an LGV30) and key fob to my car. Case is lightweight and the strap is durable. Seems to to be some sort of hybrid Velcro. The band hasn't once 'unhinged' or loosened.

I like that it is comfortable, even though it's bulky.I like that the band fits snugly without slippage.Dislike, it's not large enough for my phone, nor can I store my keys. I use it anyway.... Thank you
