If you only read one book, besides The Bible of course, in your life you have to get this book. This book has changed my life. Was given to me years ago and was very worn and had to take very good care of it, was starting to come apart was so old. Couldn’t find in print until here on Amazon recently. Bought for my son, wasn’t sure he would actually read it. He took his time reading it. Unknown to me. I noticed a change in him and the way he was speaking but didn’t really think that deep about it. He came out of his room, holding this book i gave him. I finished this book. He said this book has changed my life and I now understand what it means to actually pray. This man has The Holy Spirit Mama and he was just a farmer. Your tongue is a very powerful weapon and we have to be careful what we say and what we say to people. He went on and on. Yes. This is a very powerful book. It is all about how we use our tongue and yes our tongue is the most powerful weapon in our body. You can destroy people with it. You can destroy yourself with what you say, your family, etc. Get this book. You won’t regret it. 5+Stars

What an awesome book about the tongue and how we use our words to either work for us or against us! I can now see clearly how I have used my mouth to create a whole lot of unwanted circumstances in my own life by ignorantly speaking the wrong things in my life. Our words are so powerful! And words can bring into manifestation what you speak out into God's universe, either for good or for evil. We have to be so very mindful and careful of the words we are speaking. Get this book! If we will only apply the valuable gems in this book, what a difference it will make in our surroundings and for the people who are in our sphere of influence. This is a book that you will have to come back to time and time again. I would also advise to take some good notes. This book can really change lives for the better if the principals are applied and practiced consistently.

Content of the book is excellent except the book itself is falling apart at spine and pages are coming of. I don’t mind the previous owner’s name and request to return it to him backside of the cover but product itself falling apart as you turn pages is not as in “good condition”. Poor condition is proper description.

Most churches don’t teach this information, no schools teach this information, and so people go through life wondering why their lives are going wrong. Up and down, Up and down, that’s the way people live until they learn about this teaching. I found this book in 1979, and it changed my life. Since then I have given out hundreds of this book to help people learn how to get in control of their destiny.

We as a people never consider what comes out of our mouths. No, we just say it! This is not a book about grammar it's a book about how you express yourself out loud. For example: we see a big man and his friend calls him tiny as a nick name. The man is 400 pounds what is tiny about that?When it comes to words God's Word says we have to call into existence what we seek after. For example: stop saying Lord I know my son is a ...........could you please change him? Instead we cry out to our god in faith and say Lord, I thank you for changing my son........we have to learn to speak accurate English, and confess the positive reaction that we want to see in our lives and in others. That is what faithful words are. Faith is the substance of things hoped for( the positive) the evidence of things not seen. Hebrews 11:1 ( what we want to see in the future)The spirit world is controlled by the word of a God.In this little book it explains, that the natural world is to be controlled by man speaking God's Words. The spoken word of God is creative power."The enemy knows there is power in your words. That is why he tries so desperately to get you to confess doubt, fear, and unbelief."The author Charles Capps goes to great length in explaining how God's Word was ment to be spoken by all who have confess Jesus as Lord of their life."If you don't want defeat in your life then don't say it or pray it". Charles Capps goes though Scriptures , sharing what Jesus was teaching His disciples. This book is worth it's weight in gold. Preachers don't speak in detail to the congregation about the use of using the Word of God in our daily conversations and pray life. Get the book you won't be sorry and recommend it to your family and friends it's like a well kept secret. God said, My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge Hosea 4:6 If your serious about your walk with God this little book will open your eyes to God's truth that will build your faith.

Hands down the best book I've ever read. Helped increase my faith and gave me immediate confidence in proclaiming God's word. It was a confirmation for me. Let the crusade begin.

I 've been a Christian for some time and I have read many books on various ways to achieve englightenment you might say in my Christian understanding of Christ's mission while he lived amongst us here on Earth. And I have read other books on the tongue or the words we say or speak in relation to our faith, but this book even in the first few chapters has really opened my eyes as to how important it is to use our words wisely! This is an excellent book for any Christian to understandhow greatly important it is to use our words and the tongue carefully! in every aspect of our lifeAny believer who wishes to unlock and grasp something very important to their walk in faith would be greatly enriched by this bookand excellent author, I really recomend this book.....

This book is fantastic. It has practical advice and encouraging words to help you speak out positively in your life which will make a difference to your physical life too. It is full of wonderful scripture that can be used in your prayer life too.

Clear explanation on how to release the ability of God for abundant life in Christ. Highly recommended to any who wants more of the riches of God's grace and power.

Very helpful but as it explains why what we speak is so important. We can say things that bring blessing and good things to ourselves and others, or negative words that can do the opposite. Thoroughly recommended.

Bought this one to give away as it's so powerful and we wanted to keep our own copy to keep re-reading!
