Low price had made me expect the worse, but I was wrong
Quality product. Low price had made me expect the worse, but I was wrong. Xanthan Gum, by itself, is very difficult to handle, as it forms persistent lumps, that requires a lot of effort to smoothen out. But, that is not the fault of Purix.
