Creative Haven Trees of Life Coloring Book (Adult Coloring Books: World & Travel)

Excellent for relaxing time

If you’re great at coloring any of these would be worth framing. All are beautifully drawn and there is a great variety. It’s the best book I’ve seen on Trees of Life so far.

My husband and I recently started coloring together. Beforehand, it was just me. So I had a bunch of girly type adult coloring books. My husband loves trees. So I decided to specifically search for tree adult coloring books and found this one. He absolutely loves it!

The drawings have white space that is much too small to comfortably color. I will be sharpening pencils repeatedly to have a sufficiently small point in order to fit it within the lines. Maybe fine tip pens might work, but that would greatly limit the available colors. I'm unlikely to even attempt most pages unless I can scan and enlarge the main part of them then print them on art paper at home. I'm angry that I wasted money on this poorly done book instead of buying one that I will use by Marjorie Sarnat.

This coloring book isn’t quite what I had expected there’s not many pages that have realistic forms to them and there’s a lot more semi abstract pages of trees.

I have always loved the Creative Haven coloring books! I bought 2. One as a gift. And they were just as happy. Very good condition. Delivered when it was said to arrive. All together I am very pleased. Will buy again!

Lovely just wish print and paper quality were a little better

The designs are unobtrusively labeled (outside the perforated edge, lower left) with the design's inspiration/style, Egyptian, Celtic, Celtic Solstice, Norse, Islamic,Art Nouveau,Art Deco, Japanese, Native American, Hearts, Oceans, Fire, Mayan, Medieval, Tropical, The Universe (this one has a black background), Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter. Fairly smooth white paper, designs are well-centered, about eighteen pages have borders. The paper is slightly see-through; putting a blank piece of paper behind the image being coloured would fix that. It is a comfortable book to colour, not a lot of very fine detail (there is some) the line width is appropriate weighted for the design.

This is one of the most enjoyable coloring book I have. Good level of details, cool design, allow being creative. I recommend it !
