Impossible to evaluate vitamins

I started buying these a couple years ago as research led me to know it helps. I'd started experiencing numbness in some toes when I stood for a long time & I'm sure from years of working at a desk. This supplement works amazingly. The numbness went away and my circulation is so much better overall. I'll also say I'm not the best at remembering to take them daily but they still work whenever I do

This stuff has a kott research behind it .I've been using it for years along with lotsa other vitamines ,mineral ,supplements all together i'm one healthy sonofagun.

I recently had a doctor tell me this medical supplement was not combatable with Cymbalta.

I've been taking this brand of hesperidin since shortly after I started taking any hesperidin at all. The couple of times I couldn't get ahold of it, I took other brands and they did not seem to provide the same benefits. I experience a general lessening of allergy symptoms (i.e. seasonal, dust) while I am consistently taking this.I group this in my "earlier" group of vitamins, except I'm really bad at keeping to the schedule of taking both the "earlier" and "later" groups in one day, so I actually have been alternating days instead, but either way I generally take one of these every other day.

Works well to increase blood circulation, especially in combination.
