These are genuine Canon toner cartridges as the listing suggests but what sets this listing apart is the exceptional customer service behind it. In the pack, I had received a toner cartridge with a bad chip and my printer made a fuss. The store reached out to me on their own initiative after requesting an exchange and stuck around to ensure things were right, which is very rare nowadays.I will definitely be purchasing toner cartridges from them again!

I have had nothing but disaster stories when I have used 3rd party ink and toner in my printers. I have just learned to suck it up and stick with the manufacturer brand. The additional cost offsets the headaches.

They're expensive, but the others don't work.

Our experience is that our office is better off, in the long-run, when we use the original equipment manufacturer's high capacity ink cartridges. We realize that MUCH less expensive products are available and we tried a few over the years; but always have had some problem appear - so we go back to the OEM cartridges.

I didn't believe the reviewers for this product, but am a believer now. I used to buy the cheaper knock-off ink replacement toners for this laser printer and saw degradation in print outs. Printer even started to make weird sounds. After I replaced back with OEM toners, print outs were sharp and nice! Even the weird cranking sound is gone now. Am sticking with OEM toners from now on.

As others are saying, my printing with aftermarket cartridges started off ok but very quickly became unusable. These OEM toners solved it.

A better means to have correct cartridge for printer. Package should clearly state appropriate printers

Worth the money and the quality print can't be beat. The color pictures are flawless.

After being disappointed with the non-genuine toner, I finally have a fully-functional printer again.
