They dissolve easily
I don't think there is a lot to say about this product. It dissolves easily, the tablets are a good size and they are B Vitamins. Not sure what to say really. Of course, this brand is the best, and you pay for that.

Taste is okay. Didn't work for me.
Not perfect but definitely can work for you. You need to make sure with a naturopath that you can take these. Not everyone can properly methylate or convert vitamins and you just need to be mindful of changes to your body when starting a new product. Taste is okay. Nothing terrible.
