Good Product
It colourless, dries fast and easy to apply. It dries quickly in the tin so better to change the container once you open it. Bought is twice already

Great for restoration, varnishing, cumbersome for regular maintenance.
Its got a slightly strong smell, not unpleasant but chemical-like, and it tends to stick to skin and hard to wash off, so wear gloves if possible. As such, it is an occasional varnish for your butcher block and other kitchen wood rather than a regular use wood oil. For regular use, a regular mineral oil or mineral oil/bees wax combo is more suitable. That is because the instructions mention atleast 2 coats on 8hours interval and then wait atleast 2 days before use. Therefore definitely not for regular maintenance. This is to use once when you buy new and occasionally when the wood is dry and chippy. But having said that, for the said purpose of coating new product or restoring badly dry/chippy product which is starting to absorb water, it is really good. More effective than regular mineral oil. So it does serve a purpose for me, but make sure you are getting it for the right purpose. I basically use it once on all new unvarnished knife/ladle handles and butcher blocks, and once in a year, I might coat my butcher blocks and knife/ladle handles again. Its should also be great for wooden kitchen surfaces, if having, though I have quartz so not a first person experience (but lot of American reviews mention this and it makes sense from what I have seen of its properties).

Delicious!
A joy to put down. The first coat is absorbed quite fast and subsequent coats needs longer drying and setting times.I am totally an amateur and have struggled with laying down a smooth finish, but with this oil, the swirly mess resolves itself by the time it has dried and is smooth to the touch. A minute with an 800grit sandpaper and you are good to go.Haven't yet seen how it performs after regular use & wear.
