very sturdy
Had to replace the one I had due to my husband not knowing how to take the halter off and tried undoing the "feadore" knot instead of the right one. What a mess. Will never be able to reknot it!!

The product is wonderful but I’m not sure why I got an extra baby girl outfit in the package with it

Power steering halter
My horse is very strong and very dominant in his personality. Someone suggested I get a 4 knot halter instead of a two knot. I did not know there was such a thing. Major difference. He tries to bolt away and pull the rope out of my hands and I keep a hold of him with much less effort. It’s like power steering in a car was put into this halter. A lil extra control in your hands. I recommend.

Too small for my draft and quarter horse.
she has a large head, but its not full draft size. The rope is very narrow and too tight under her jaw, there is barely 1" left after the loop knot. Definitely go for a different/larger if you have a larger horse.

Cheap
Very thin and flimsy. Purchased another one from Knotty Girlz on Amazon. 100% better quality!

Great for training
We have had to use this headstall when training our horse from time to time.. basically for safety. its gentle firm pressure gives the response we need to keep him safe when we are teaching him something new when he isnt responding well, he then will change his behavior to ensure safety for us and we take it off and move onto a regular head stall. Thank you for making this.

This fits and works nice for my Paint/walker cross. Riding with it or just leading her it’s perfect. Well made .

As advertised - GREAT under-bridle rope halter
LOVE this light, knotted halter. I got it "used" but it must have just been the wrong size because it was still in its original plastic bag and BRAND NEW. I got it at 2/3 of its original price. OUTSTANDING!
