Would this be good for sports?

Yes these are all I wear for sports and working out. I've had some pairs for about 8 years now. Very good quality. Perfect for wearing under leggings because they don't show much (if any) of a panty line. If they're the correct size, they won't ride up, and they completely cover your butt (which is what you want if you're playing sports and moving around a lot - no wedgies). I'm 5'4", 138lbs and wear size 6. I'm also a size 6 in jeans.
