I'm NOT a soap connoisseur by any stretch, but I will say after trying this soap that I'm totally sold on its benefits and quality. I've always used a standard issue "deodorant" bar soap for my hands and body. I get dirty at work and always liked that I felt clean after a shower and the deodorant soap could easily cut through the crud. However, I've been dealing with some moderate to severe patchy dry skin lately and night time itching, hence the reason I looked for a better soap thinking the deodorant soap could be at the root of my issue or at the very least contributing to it. I came across an article about the skin benefits of pure Castile soap with olive oil. Found this Conti Castile olive oil bar soap on Amazon and used it for the first time tonight. My initial thoughts are the soap produced an excellent creamy, non foaming lather and actually felt pretty good on my skin. It washed off easily and I don't feel like there's any leftover soap residue on my skin at all. I'm not a big fan on fragrances and scents and I really liked that this soap has a very faint but pleasant almost neutral odor to it. The only thing that I'm at all a little concerned about is the sustainability of being able to consistently use this soap as it's a little pricey for me. However, its probably a small price to pay for healthier looking and feeling skin in the grander scheme of things. Thanks for making this product available to us!

I have been using this soap for many years and can't say enough good things about it. I have fair sensitive skin and it has never bothered me. There is no obnoxious fragrance and it lathers really well and rinses off without leaving any residue. The only complaint I do have is that it's hard to find. So, I was thrilled to find it here on Amazon. I will definitely re-order this soap.

It is a challenge to find a plain castile soap at a reasonable price. This is the best soap (castile or otherwise) that I've ever used, with the fewest ingredients (no perfume!). This is a no nonsense soap that makes my skin feel clean. It doesn't dry my skin out nor does it make it oily. It is just a straight-forward soap at a reasonable price.

I have been using this soap for quite a while. It is consistently excellent and the six pack is great. I will stick with this soap as long as it is offered.

Great soap. It was recommended to me in order to get rid of Xenoestrogen-containing products in my home (to combat hormone imbalance). I saw an improvement in vertigo and other symptoms related to hormone imbalance symptoms. I even used it (and still do) instead of using hair mousse (since I have thick curly frizzy big hair) - using lather from this soap saves a lot of $ on hair mousse and is apparently a much healthier option.
