Best invention ever
The best thing ever invented. Having chopped garlic has never been so easy. Wish I bought this a long time ago.

Real Good
It works great. I've used it multiple times and I really like it. I like that you don't smash the garlic and lose the juices and I thought the result was better flavor. Great design. I liked that I could choose halow diced I make the garlic, or more coarse for bigger chunks. I've minced ginger with it now too, which is a little harder, but it worked. Definitely recommend.

Saves Time
The twister works well. It does a good job. I wish there was a little brush included to clean the stuck pieces of garlic. It saves time.

Great took!!
I love this little gadget. I bought one years ago for myself and use it all the time for garlic. Does an excellent job. This year I bought one for my son….he used it at my house and loved it too. 😊

There's a bit of wasted garlic left in the mincer
POSITIVES: I use this mincer any time I need garlic finely minced or even completely pulverized. It works on ginger also even though ginger is pretty woody. It's nice that the mincer "shovels" the garlic into a nice, neat triangle that's easier to capture than having to chase garlic all over another container (or the counter if you're trying to use a knife).NEGATIVES: Unless you use a pastry brush or have need to use a liquid in your recipe that you can put in this mincer, there's a certain amount of wasted garlic, ginger, or whatever left after you've emptied it. I always mince more than I need because getting food from between the teeth is difficult without some kind of liquid. A spoon doesn't do a good job of fitting between the teeth to get stray garlic pieces, and some of the garlic stays pressed up against the base of the teeth even after vigorous use of a spoon.Regardless of the negatives, this is my FAVORITE garlic mincer, and I've tried a bunch. It works better if you only do a clove at a time because the teeth lift away from each other when there's too much food in the container. This can leave larger hunks of garlic or ginger that don't get pressed between the teeth if you aren't careful, but doing one clove at a time generally solves this problem. This is definitely my go-to mincer when I need a garlic paste or ginger juice because the teeth do an impressive job of pulverizing; the more you twist it, the smaller the bits get, and you end up with ginger liquid or garlic that isn't recognizable as garlic except for its signature smell. When the recipe calls for me to finely mince the garlic and then press it into a paste with the flat side of my knife, this gadget is what I use.
