I’ve been using the R QIDI TECHNOLOGY X-MAX II for a while now, and honestly, this printer exceeded my expectations. You can tell right away this is not a “toy” machine — it feels solid, well-built, and truly industrial-grade. The print quality is excellent. I’ve run everything from standard PLA to more demanding materials, and the results are consistently clean, precise, and reliable. Layer adhesion is great, dimensional accuracy is on point, and it handles long prints without the headaches I’ve had with other printers. The enclosed build chamber makes a huge difference for stability and higher-temperature filaments. What really impressed me though is the support from QIDI. Absolutely top-tier. Every time I had a question — even small ones — their team responded fast, clearly, and like real engineers who actually understand the machine. No copy-paste answers, no runaround. They genuinely care that you succeed with the printer, and that level of support is rare. Setup was straightforward, the interface is user-friendly, and the machine just feels dependable. It’s the kind of printer you buy when you want to work, not constantly tinker and fix problems. If you’re serious about 3D printing and want a powerful, intelligent, industrial-grade machine backed by excellent support, the X-MAX II is an easy recommendation. Great investment.

Amazing printer. I'll start off by saying, I own a bambu x1c, and qidi q1 and a heavily modded ender 3. All I can say about the new q2 is WOW!!! 1st print was a benchy, came out flawless, then a 5 hour print, lots of over hangs, some support. The support came off without a trace, absolutely no layer lines. Overhang are flawless. The build quality is that of the x1c and some! Very solid printer! As advertised, works right out of the box. Take out 4 screws, untape some packing, cut a few zip ties, remove some packing foam, and turn her on. The screen walks you thru setup, and then does its initial bed leveling and vibration compensation procedures. It'll finished and tell you its time to print. That easy! Definitely recommend whether its your 1st printer, or just needing to add another quality machine to the farm!

Best 3D Printing Equipment and Experience on the Planet I learned 3D printing basics as a NASA engineer at the John F. Kennedy Space Center on first generation printers. After retirement, I purchased my first private 3D printer, the QIDI X- Plus 3 for my private engineering company. The printer was astonishing right out of the box. The setup was easy and as self-leveling printer, it was ready to go immediately. There was a leaning curve as my files became more complex, but I immediately discovered this very important fact that is quite rare among other equipment manufacturers: The OIDI customer service is absolutely number one in the business! They responded overnight to each question with immediate solutions. In one case, they reprinted one of my very long and complex files to ascertain the root problem and then sent free slicing software which was much better than what I had been using. After that, their customer service still follows up periodically asking if everything is ok asking how they can help. I have never experienced that level of customer service on ANY product I have ever owned! Therefore, it was a no-brainer that when I needed to increase my print output that I ordered the upgrade, the QIDI X-MAX 3 which now sits beside my QIDI X- Plus 3. These printers run every day. The print loss is exceptionally low and usually due to my errors in bed or file preparation. The QIDI printers themselves are manufactured, in my estimation, like rugged military grade equipment, the software is easy to use and the everyday processes of filament change, plate cleaning and file loading are a snap. I have never had any equipment glitches or failures to this date. The quality of print depends on your slicer software and slicer print settings, but when done according to best practices considering filament type and finish rules, every print is just near flawless and highly professional. I am printing parts that require a precision of half a millimeter and I have not been disappointed at all. I am now the proud owner of two QIDI 3-D Printers and when I set my engineering shop up in the near future, I will use them throughout our manufacturing process. QIDI printers are truly the best 3D printing equipment and experience in the nine worlds! (And YES, Pluto IS A PLANET!)

Impresora con gran velocidad y gran porte, tuve un atasco grande por humedad del filamento (temporada de lluvias) y se dañó la placa controladora de la temperatura... la respuesta sobre la garantía fue inmediata, rapidísima, fueron directamente a los componentes que pudieron ser afectados, en una semana recibí placa adaptadora, el extremo caliente completo y cables nuevos, excelente atención y disposición de la Srita. Linda, muy amable y una comunicación muy fluida, la sensación fue de total intensión de solucionar el problema y poder seguir trabajando sin demoras. Muy agradecido por todo!!!

Tardo mucho mas tiempo de lo esperado en llegar. Es muy facil de usar y calibrar - trabaja rapido. El unico problema menor es que la cubierta de arriba se tiene que remover para que salga los residuos de la impresion y puede ser peligroso si alguien mete la mano, por lo que crearemos una solucion diferente a la tapa.
