how do you clean them and how often?

You put it in a bowl with water and a little soap and microwave it for 30 to 45 sec. That draws out the dirt from it. You then squeeze it in your hand to draw out the rest of the dirt. I soak mine in clean water after rinsing it a little under warm water and then I squeeze the water out and lay it on a paper towel to dry. Comes out looking new.

Are these the real ones? (2021)

No! They are not real. They bleed orange color staining the sink and are very very soft not durable like the real ones.

Are these Antibacterial/microbial? I swear I bought some that claimed so once?

I have never had problems with fungus or bacteria after washing them, although to tell the truth I use them for a while and throw them away, I have rarely washed them. They are excellent!!!!

Original product. Great quality. Pack of 4 saves money

Good quality. Real techniques sponges are better than any other sponges available from different competition brands. Soft and blends well. Edit after 10 months: these are original, no wear and tear. Keep them washed and clean, they will live longer. Amazon has unbeatable price, people on Instagram are selling for double the price.
