I included the pic to show how well the Evoo was packaged. The inner box was cradled in thick cardboard & secured with plastic wrap. The bottle itself is thick glass. I realized quickly that I've either been using crap or fake evoo. I tried a tsp after opening & wow. It had that bitterness with the peppery after effect. The 2nd time I tried it per the instructions. In a little glass, I swirled it a couple times beforehand and it wasn't near as shocking. I've been using it daily, in pizza dough, sauces & pasta. It's delicious & great quality. The packaging & presentation makes it a great gift.

I think the headline pretty much gives you the picture. This stuff is phenomenally delicious. I love the green pepper undertones and the black peppery bite at the end.I can’t imagine that the bottle will make it even a full week because I can’t stop eating it.It’s so damn good that all you need is some fresh bread and the oil, and you’ve got yourself an antioxidant-rich, satisfying meal. If you add some cherry tomatoes, fresh basil, and pasture-raised buffalo mozzarella then you’ll be in straight culinary heaven.With that said, I will say that the black bottle from PJ Kabos is a better value for the money. It’s just as potent - maybe even more to be honest - but you get double the liquid for about the same price. It’s slightly less complex in terms of flavor compared to this stuff but it’s still a better value overall.UPDATE (May 2024): I’ve purchased it twice more since I wrote the above - this time in the bigger size bottles - and I’ve also tasted other EVOOs within the same time period and none of them can hold a candle to the Entimio. The problem is that it tastes so damn good that I killed both bottles really, really quickly (like I did the first mini-bottle) and the stuff isn’t exactly cheap. Hence why I’ve also experimented with other EVOOs but I’m addicted to Entimio at this point. It’s like the crack of Olive Oil. One drizzle and you’re going down a dangerous path of addiction. Dangerous for your wallet but good for your health.

I bought this to take as a supplement, so the harvest date and the amount of polyphenols was the most important to me. The flavor is intense on it's own, as reflected in the name. It does blend in well if added to a dish. Beautiful packaging and presentation. This would make an excellent gift. Overall a great choice. You can't find oil this fresh in a grocery store. I tried. 🙂

The flavor was very strong, a little grassy, kind of bitter. Nice olive smell

Have not tasted so cannot vouch for flavor, but I needed a bring-to-dinner gift for a couple who are wine snobs and thought this might be a good idea. Fits well in a wine-bottle gift bag and the box makes it seem more gourmet-like than just a bottle of oil.

This olive oil has a most wonderful flavor, described eloquently by other reviewers. The founder of this product obviously cares a great deal about its quality and well describes how to enjoy its flavor. I appreciate that the bottle easily allows for moderate sprinkling onto foods (with others, I have had to first pour the oil into a spoon to avoid spilling too much). I find myself indulging in this high-quality oil to enhance a wide variety of foods with several generous drops -- just about everything except cereal and ice cream seems to be improved and brightened by adding this flavorful olive oil. Will buy again.
