The wax was so liquidish that it was dripping from the bottle as I was applying it. So the layer of wax was thick as it was almost uncontrollably discharging on my leg. I had to use the stripe 2-3 times to remove all the wax from my leg which burned it. I had half of my leg burned and was in pain for 2 days. Now it’s been 2 weeks and I still have a crosty skin on my leg. Never again will use this wax.I have been waxing my legs for the last 12 years and never had burn myself before.

VERY disappointed with this !! NONE of the rollers worked...ended up throwing them out !!

Not working at all

Didn’t like it as it took for ever to melt so returned them.

It spills. It gets too liquid and spills hot wax all over the place. One of the rollon came defective.

The wax kept oozing out in large portions from the sides of the cartridge after heating. It wasn’t applied uniformly.

Very good product

Both rollers would not move to use! Complete waste of money
