Nice color for cake decoration.
The color is gel color so it does paint our tongue when we consume with cream, but as per taste and consistency it does its job. Overall Nice. The color is sky blue, we can get different intensity color by varying the amount we add.

Make your food blue ❤️
Ever since I have received this product i want to make all things blue. Used it to make blue curcao and used it while baking. Only 3-4 drops are enough for getting the colour. I got a nice blue cake with it. Absolutely loving it.
