Sweat Sauna Corset

UPDATED PHOTOS! JAN 6, 2026 (I got SMALLER) I WENT FROM AN XL TO L TO M TO S AND NOW ABOUT go down to a size XS!!! YALL IT WORKS. Started weight 206. Current weight 151.5 lbs. For anyone looking at the XL & XXL sizes for this waist trainer & aren't sure if the XL will fit you (i would size up to the XXL) (Plus you have 3 rows on that to tighten) Hello I'm 28 Female. 5FT5. Almost 5FT6 & currently on a weight loss journey again for the humpteenth time. Anyways. I have gained weight, & around 35 - 50+ lbs that I'm currently trying to lose. Current weight is 196-198 lbs fluctuating. My normal weight is about 139-155 lbs..... but since my current weight is 196 lbs i ordered the XL since i wear XL in clothes but probably should have gotten an XXL. (I had to lose a little bit of weight before i was able to wear this. So it sat in my closet for about a month. Upon unhooking it to open it up and puting it around my waist I got alittle nervous as it seemed to be an inch or more too small & i thought oh no maybe I should have ordered a XXL instead of an XL. I remembered when I had waist trainers years ago that they were a bit difficult to get on at first. I tried my first attempt standing up, i put it around me standing up with extremely straight posture while sucking in my belly alittle bit as I got the first hook on starting from the bottom once I got the first few hooks hooked it got alot easier. I slid down the waist trainer every little bit the further hooks I got done.. finally got it on. Now it's tight but comfortable tight, remeber I'm a beginner I haven't waist trained in years and have gained weight so it's going to take wearing it for a few days to a week to get used to it. I normally wear a tank top under my trainers. I wear this one on bare skin. Its the most comfortable feeling waist trainer I ever had on, it feels thin but is hugging me all around where it's supposed too, it definitely made my waist look smaller, the material is more stretchy in my belly area when I breathe in. Ive purchased out other waist trainer brands from Amazon that were stiff, the wires in them (the bones) hurt my sides and it rolled at the bottom when bending & also the material didn't expand out with my stomach making breathing difficult. As for the last part of getting this waist trainer onto your body..... its the zipper part after you get the hooks on (I'm on the 3rd loosest row of hooks "of course" (i honestly thought i was going to have to walk around with this waist trainer unzipped. It was too small. I needed an inch more to be able to zip up. I had to lay down flat. It took me seveal tries... I almost gave up but once I started the zipper at the bottom & then used both hands to pull the 2 parts of the material closer together to help the zipper go up that helped me tremendously. I've noticed you have to get it on and break it in alittle bit, getting it to fit your body. Give it time it will! Con: Hurts my boobs a bit when sitting (for bigger chested girlies). If you have larger breasts this could be a con but I deal with it. 🤣 I will have to come back & update with pictures of my results of my weight loss journey & waist training journey. I'm going to come back in 1 month.

I honestly wasn’t expecting to love this waist trainer as much as I do, but it completely exceeded my expectations. The material feels thick, durable, and high quality without being uncomfortable or too stiff. As soon as I put it on, I could instantly feel the compression around my stomach and waist, but it still allowed me to move around comfortably throughout the day. After consistent use, I’ve noticed my posture improving and my waist looking smoother and more defined. If you’re looking for something to help enhance your workouts, boost sweating, and give you extra confidence in your shape, I definitely recommend this waist trainer. Great quality, comfortable fit, and results you can actually notice!

Tight! But that’s what I was expecting! I read a lot of the reviews saying they had to order one right after the other which is what I wanted to avoid. It took some wiggling to get clasped but that’s because it’s a bit smaller than I should’ve ordered. I believe I ordered a medium. Which i had a feeling was a *little bit* too small. I was right, but I bought it in the smaller size for a reason! It’s super comfortable to wear, I can bend and twist and nothing comes undone or loosens. The fabric is soft for a waist trainer, not boney. Which most are. I bought this to help with losing about 20 pounds along with a weighted hula hoop gadget. I’ll update more once something has changed! I’m writing this review December 15th 2025. I’ll update again in a few months.

Overall I like this trainer, however the sizing is way off. According to the size chart I should have started with a 4XL, however I bought a 2XL and it is still a little too big, even on the tightest hooks I barely have any compression. I will likely skip the XL and go straight to the L for the compression I am looking for. But overall it is well made, doesn’t roll, and is a great length for the torso.

If you prefer a very snug fit, stick with your usual size. If you'd like a little extra room for comfort, I suggest sizing up. I purchased this waist trainer for workouts, walking, and wearing at work since I don't always have time to stay active throughout the day. It's comfortable for both sitting and exercising, though I would suggest wearing it a few times to break it in. The first time putting it on was a bit challenging. The hook-and-eye clasps were easy enough to fasten, but I was initially concerned about the zipper. Once I got it started, however, it zipped up smoothly the rest of the way. For reference, I'm 5'2", weigh about 198 pounds, and typically wear a size large. I carry most of my weight in my lower body. I ordered a large, but I probably could have gone up to an XL for a slightly more comfortable fit. Overall, I really like this waist trainer. The mid-weight neoprene material creates a sauna-suit effect that has you sweating within minutes, while still being comfortable enough to wear for hours. It provides excellent compression, smooths everything out nicely, and offers great support without feeling overly restrictive.

I bought a size medium. My range of weight is around164-180 (when I’m festive happy) I’m 5’3” .im curvy, have a slim waist. I purchased the medium since it’s the same size as my other waist trainers which I love but I wanted something a little longer and I love the this one is to cover my fupa , that little flab of pregnancy skin. I use this to workout in and made me sweat good!!!! I would say this is true to size, I’m actually on the last row of hooks without issue, it was a bit hard to zip up I had to lay down for that but it went right up and it didn’t zip down or anything. It doesn’t roll up or down and stay put. The quality is great. No funny smell either. Honest & accurate review. Just received the waist trainer definitely needed a size up struggled with putting it on. I’m 5’5 and weigh 167lbs bought a large but needed a XL. Definitely helps with back posture hopefully it’ll help me with losing weight will come back to make a before and after post.

It is ok so far, but I would not buy it again. The elastic is getting loose after 2 months.
