Same here it shouldn't be powdery. I think Amazon had fake supps going around.

iherb has the back image of this product, which shows K insider a globe. From online search, the symbol is EarthKosher (earthkosher.com). From their FAQ page, "Is EarthKosher an “Orthodox” Kosher Certification Agency? Definitively YES." It is recognized by the Chicago Rabbinical Council (see full list: crcweb.org/agency_list.php).

Does heat affect this? i want to put it in my coffee in the morning. I'm currently putting it in water and it's completely tasteless (which is good)

DOESN'T SPECIFICALLY STATE ANYTHING REGARDING THAT ON PKG. , ONLY THING IT STATES IS TO STORE IT IN A COOL, DRY PLACE. TO MY KNOWLEDGE, IT SHOULDN'T HURT.......I BELIEVE ONLY PROTEIN BECOMES DENATURED IN HEAT. THE CITRULLINE DISOLVES IN LIQUID ANYWAY, AND OUR BODYHEAT IS 98 DEGREES. SHOULD BE FINE. THERE IS CONTACT INFO ON LABEL.
