Great supplement. It contains no alcohol, neutral taste, easy to swallow. When I take it I notice that I am more alert and I have more energy. I recommend taking it in the morning, it can keep one awake.

Only liquid B12 drops i found that doesn't have unnecessary flavours, sweeteners/sugars or preservatives. tastes like water and does the job.I bought as I had a random allergy to dairy and had to cut it out and due to the diet change I realised I was losing a lot of hair and found out b12 which is in dairy products, a lack of it, could cause hair loss. I've noticed a huge difference since taking this supplement, I'm no longer losing hair. I tried a few different brands before i found this one, as I mentioned many have a lot of ingredients which is not necessary, very happy i found this one, clean ingredients so you don't have to worry about creating other issues whist attempting to fix one.

These B12 drops contain the 2 active forms of B12, methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin. This means that your body can use it straight away, it doesn't have to converted.This mix is very beneficial for the body. Adenosylcobalamin is excellent for mitochondrial health, the energy powerhouses of the body. Methylcobalamin can be used all around the body. Hence this mix is excellent compared to your cheaper B12 supplements that only contain cyanocobalamin, which is poorly absorbed and needs to be converted into an active form inside the body.As for the formulation itself, I'm very impressed. It is practically tasteless and has very minimal ingredients with no "nasties". Literally just B12 and water, perfect. It also lasts 6 months once open. I find that I will never get through the bottle in 6 months, 1-2 drops a day seems sufficient for me. It's not cheap, but given the quality and that it will last me 6 months, I think it's worth it.I am having a blood test soon, so that'll be the real test as to whether it has raised my B12 levels.

I don’t think it really works

I’ve been suffering from fatigue for a few years and the B12 tablets the Dr gave me were useless. I’ve also had dry eyes for a couple of years and use a spray several times a day.I bought this product and have been using for nearly 2 months along with D3 & K2 and can honestly say that my energy levels are amazing (I’m 51 btw) I’ve also noticed in the last week or so that I’m hardly using anyspray for my dry eyes and my vision has greatly improved.I’d highly recommend this product. It’s not the cheapest on the market but damn it works!!

A highly bioavailable Vitamin B12 product that I can feel working the same day that I take it. I’ve been taking this for years now and I'm not exaggerating when I say feel a lot more uplifted and ready to take on any challenges. I’m less groggy, rarely have negative thoughts as much as I used to, don't need as much sleep, more talkative, skin looks more glowing. I have also noticed I'm less emotional when something negative happens in my life. I also give this to my parents who I've noticed seem to have gone through similar changes. The drop form is pricey compared to tablets but it's worth it as you do get a high dose per serving and it has no extra ingredients that are bad for health.
