Works great so far!!
So far I have used these rings to make the eggs for my homemade egg mcmuffins. I just wiped a little butter around the inside of the rings before placing them in a hot, buttered pan and they came away from the eggs very easily with hardly any egg sticking to them. I have put them in the oven on 200 degrees to get them completely dry since other reviewers have said they could rust. They do feel a little flimsy compared to a larger ring that I have, but as long as you don't try to crush them they are just fine for the job. Now I just need to find a good recipe for the english muffins. I tried a whole wheat one that turned out more like a biscuit!I found an English Muffin recipe that I like and have found these work just as well for the muffins as they do for the eggs. I placed them in my large cast iron skillet to let them heat up along with the skillet and sprayed all with oil before putting the batter in the rings. A couple of them were actually releasing the muffins as I was turning them over to cook on the other side! I no longer dry them in the oven. I just wash them in very hot water and they dry quickly. I haven't had any problems with them rusting at all.

Flimsy, but do the job
I have two sets of these muffin rings and would suggest if you purchase them to get the two sets. If you're making English muffins it cuts the time down because you can make more muffins at one time than if you just have four. Most recipes make around eight muffins.I've used these rings at least six times now and they do the job. They are however, somewhat flimsy so when washing them you need to be very gentle so they aren't bent out of shape. I keep them in the plastic box that they are packaged in and that keeps them safe during storage.I would recommend these muffin rings but do be aware they aren't very sturdy, but the do indeed do the job. Also they are a perfect size and match the size of store-bought English muffins.

Great
These worked great for what I wanted. The height and width are just right for a substantial English Muffin that is perfectly fluffy. Egg rings are just too shallow to make a good muffin. I was worried that the seams on the rings would be weak, but they held up find to my first batch and cleaning. I am making sure to dry these thoroughly immediately after washing them to prevent any rust. Overall, well worth it.

Good rings, holding up well.
While I do wish the rings were a little thicker, they are sturdy enough. I haven't bent any of them yet. I have 16 so I can double the recipe and freeze them. I use a merge of Alton Brown's recipe and the recipe that comes with the rings, baking in the oven rather than on a skillet.. Yes the muffins are quite large. But I was tired of paying so much for "nooks and crannies" (an interesting way of marketing air), and annoyed at the downsized muffins in the package. We prefer the crumpet style, just adding more liquid, because they are very light even using whole wheat flour.

A little flimsy but should work well

Rusted immediately
Rusted the first time I washed them, before they'd even been used. Basically a waste of my money. I got the package, washed them, and threw them away.

Worked like a charm.
My Grandma used to make English Muffins.......which she called crumpets.....using cut off tin cans on a cast iron griddle on a wood cookstove. We ate them with clabber and BlackBerry jam. These rings allowed me to exactly replicate her recipe ! They worked perfectly.....no sticking, no leaking under the ring. Right weight and height. Also worked great for fried egg for my version of a famous egg and cheese M~Muffin. This is an honest review. I did not get this product for free in exchange for a favorable review. I paid for it, which I will do again.......since I've decided I need 4 more.

Multiple uses for mold rings.
Anyone is familiar with those glowing reviews by those who received product for free? Well...this is NOT one of them. I have paid for this full price.Review:I am using those rings to make Japanese hot cakes. They are (molds, not pancakes) lightweight, yet durable. I've used them few times so far, and had no problems with any rust or discoloration - after washing them of course. Price is appropriate, and they do not take too much space for storage.Metal is on thin side, but I do not find it as a problem - handled properly they should serve me for years.

Sturdy and easy to use
We bought these to make crumpets which are similar to English muffins. These work well for this purpose..

Make great Gluten Free hamburger buns
Arrived quickly, easy to wash, easy to use, easy to take buns out once cooked. These rings were recommended on a Gluten Free Facebook page to use for making hamburger buns and they do not disappoint. Advice I have for baking is to place parchment paper on the baking sheet and lightly butter the inside of the rings to get the success that I did. I haven't tried making English muffins yet, but suspect they are just as easy with these rings. I am very happy with this purchase!

Four Stars
more expensive than other baking rings but larger diameter, which is what I want. Works as intended.
